Shipping Policy

Effective date: 28th October 2025

Processing time

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12 pm local time ship the same business day or the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays ship the next business day.
During promotions or restocks, allow an additional one to two business days for handling.

Delivery time

Standard shipping delivers in six to ten business days after dispatch.
Rural addresses or carrier backlogs may add one to three business days.

Shipping rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
If free shipping is available, the threshold appears on the product page or at checkout.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.
Tracking may take twenty four to forty eight hours to update after the label is created.

Shipping regions

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia and New Zealand.
International customers are responsible for any customs, VAT or duties where applicable. Delays caused by customs are outside our control.

Address accuracy and delivery issues

Please enter your address carefully. Once an order is processed, edits are not guaranteed.
Undeliverable or returned parcels due to incorrect addresses may incur a reship fee.
If tracking shows delivered but the parcel is missing, check with household members, neighbours and your local carrier first, then contact us within seven days.

Lost, damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within seven days of the delivery date or expected delivery date. Include photos and your order number. We will replace or refund according to our assessment with the carrier.

Split shipments

To speed delivery, items may ship separately at no extra cost. You will receive a unique tracking link for each parcel.

Order changes and cancellations

Changes or cancellations are not guaranteed after an order is placed. If you need help, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Holidays and peak periods

Carriers experience volume surges during holidays and major sales. Please allow extra time beyond the usual six to ten business day window.
