Our Returns & Refunds Policy

Effective date: 11 October 2025

We want you to love your Gummii products. But if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Here is our simple policy for returns and refunds.

Our 30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

What's Eligible for a Return? To qualify for a return, your items must be:

  • In the same condition you received them.

  • Unopened and unused, with all original seals and packaging intact.

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

A Note on Health & Safety For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on ingestible products (like our gummies) that have been opened or partially used.

The only exception is if we made an error, the item arrived damaged, or it's defective. See the "Damages and Issues" section for more on that.

How to Start a Return

  1. Reach out to us via our Contact page with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. If your return is approved, we'll send you clear instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Please send your item back using a tracked shipping service and let us know the tracking number.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For a change of mind or if you ordered the wrong item: You will be responsible for covering the return shipping cost.

  • If it was our mistake (e.g., the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect): We will cover the cost of return shipping, usually by providing a prepaid label.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately.

Send us your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll work with you to verify the problem and arrange a replacement or refund.

What Cannot Be Returned

  • Opened supplements or personal care items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Items marked as 'final sale' or 'clearance'.

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, just ask us before sending anything back!

Exchanges The fastest way to get the item you want is to request a return for your original purchase. Once that return is approved, simply place a new order for the item you'd like instead.

Refunds We will send you an email as soon as we've received and inspected your return. If it's approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take a little extra time to post the credit to your account.

For Our European Union Customers If your order is shipping to the EU, you have a 14-day "cooling-off" period from the day you receive your order. During this time, you can cancel or return your order for any reason. Items must be returned unused and unopened, in their original packaging, with a proof of purchase.
